This is a concept: a full working site we designed and built to show what we’d make for a polyclinic. It wasn’t commissioned by the business named here.
The brief
Touch of Health is a premium polyclinic covering family medicine, diagnostics and imaging, aesthetics, wellness, and women’s and children’s health. Choosing a clinic is a trust decision, and most clinic websites make it harder: long lists of departments, stock photos, and a phone number as the only way to book.
The site had to feel as calm as the clinic itself, help a visitor find the right doctor, and let them book without picking up the phone.
The idea
Walk the visitor through the front door. The homepage opens on the clinic entrance, and scrolling carries you inside to the reception, so the first few seconds feel like arriving rather than reading.
Everything after that is built to answer the next question a patient has: what do you treat, who will I see, and when can I come in.
